Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Jewelry
Securely place the item in its original Gem Jewelers velvet box and protective packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
